INGREDIENTS
400g beef
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon light Soy Sauce
1 bunch Chinese Cabbage
starch,salt,red chili pepper,ginger and garlic
DIRECTIONS
1.Clean the beef and slice into 1 cm thick.
2.Combine beef,starch,salt and mix well,marinate for 10 minutes.
3.Chop red chili pepper,ginger and garlic.Clean bok choy leaves and pat dry.Stir-fry the bok choy leaves quickly and then set aside.
4.Combine sha cha sauce, soy sauce,sugar and the water in a bowl and mix well.
5.Heat oil in a pan over over medium high heat,stir-fry sliced beef until beef reaches desired doneness and set aside.
6.Sauté sliced ginger,red chili pepper and garlic for 1 minute or until fragrant.Add in the cooked beef and do a few quick stirs.
7.Transfer to a plate and serve hot.

Ingredients
150g soft noodles
1 teaspoon sesame oil
300g chicken breasts
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 seeded and finely sliced red bell pepper
150g bean sprouts
1 sliced scallion
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili sauce
DIRECTIONS
1.Bring water to a boil,add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.Plunge into cold water and drain.Add sesame oil and toss.
2.Combine chicken with dark soy sauce, the five-spice powder and chili sauce,mix welll.Coat chicken in cornstarch.
3.Heat oil in a pan over a high heat.Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4.Add the green onion, red bell pepper,bean sprouts,stir-fry for 2 minutes or until fragrant.Add noodles and light soy sauce,sesame oil, black pepper,mix well and stir frequently.Transfer to a plate and serve hot

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chicken stock
0.5 cup water
0.5 cup soy sauce
0.25 cup honey
0.25 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1.5 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 minced garlic cloves,
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon chili paste

For Coating & Frying:
3 egg whites
1.5 cups cornstarch
0.5 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 teaspoon baking soda

6 cups vegetable oil
garnished sesame seeds
garnished scallions

1.Combine the chicken stock, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar,
,cornstarch, rice wine vinegar water and sesame oil in a bowl.
Marinade chicken for 30 minutes.
2.Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.Sauté
the , ginger garlic and chile paste for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add 2 cups of the marinade to the pan and simmer until mixture
darker brown and thickened.
3.Combine the cornstarch,baking soda, flour, and remaining marinade
in a dish and whisk the egg whites .
4.Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat until 350 degrees.
5.Coat the chicken with egg whites and cornstarch mixture.
6.Fry the chicken until golden brown.
7.Turn off heat add the sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
