1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon light Soy Sauce
1 bunch Chinese Cabbage
starch,salt,red chili pepper,ginger and garlic
1.Clean the beef and slice into 1 cm thick.
2.Combine beef,starch,salt and mix well,marinate for 10 minutes.
3.Chop red chili pepper,ginger and garlic.Clean bok choy leaves and pat dry.Stir-fry the bok choy leaves quickly and then set aside.
